  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform

Scheduled Maintenance

System maintenance is typically performed during off-peak hours. We will notify members at least 24 hours in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect access to the platform.

Event details including dates, times, locations, and speakers are subject to change. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email and platform notifications.

Membership Verification

All new members undergo a verification process to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 2-5 business days. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be rejected.

Payment Processing

We use secure, encrypted payment processing services. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Transaction receipts are automatically sent to your registered email address.

Content Moderation

All user-generated content is subject to moderation. Content that violates our guidelines will be removed, and the posting member will be notified. Repeated violations may result in membership termination.

Support Response Times

Our support team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. For urgent matters, please mark your inquiry as "urgent" in the subject line.

Legal Compliance

Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their interactions on the platform. Lens reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
