Lens is an exclusive community for CEOs and founders. Membership is subject to approval and requires:

• Valid proof of CEO or founder status
• Complete and accurate profile information
• Payment of applicable membership fees
• Adherence to community guidelines

3. User Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Respect other members and their privacy
• Not share confidential community discussions publicly
• Not engage in any illegal or harmful activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lens platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lens or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Content Guidelines

Members may post content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant Lens a license to use it. Content must:

• Be professional and respectful
• Not infringe on others' rights
• Not contain harmful or offensive material
• Not be spam or misleading

6. Events

Event participation is subject to availability and additional terms. Lens reserves the right to cancel or modify events. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Payment Terms

Membership fees are charged according to your selected tier. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lens provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
