Membership Subscriptions

Annual Memberships

Annual membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of purchase. If you cancel within the first 14 days and have not attended any events or utilized premium features, you are eligible for a full refund.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Event Registrations

Paid Events

• 7+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
• 3-6 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Event Cancellations by Lens

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future events. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Technical issues preventing platform access
• Unauthorized charges

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
